Made from sustainably managed rubberwood and coated with several layers of glossy lacquer, each layer is polished by hand for a flawless shine. Independently tested and compliant with European food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
The ceramic grinding mechanism is activated by a simple clockwise movement. Use only with black pepper grains or dry coarse salt with a maximum size of 4 mm. Do not use sea salt, damp salt, dried damp salt or pink pepper. The tighter you turn the grind adjustment dial, the finer the grind. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the ceramic mechanism.
Do not expose to direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Clean with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
